OTRS Demo System
Welcome to the OTRS demo system! It provides you two different interfaces.
The first one is the agent interface which you will probably use in your
daily work with the OTRS. The second one is the customer interface which
gives your customer the possibility to create and to trace his trouble
tickets. Customers interact with the OTRS by e-mail and/or customer interface.
But in case this is your first visit and you want to get a quick overview,
just use the agent interface
and send an e-mail to demo@otrs.org.
You will be able to see your e-mail in the system and then you can play
with it (e.g. answer it and/or move it to a different queue).
Problems?
If you have problems using the demo system, write an email to contact at otrs.org.
Do not forget to give a full report of the problem, along with details of how to reproduce it!
