Download OTRS::ITSM 2.0 (for OTRS 2.4.x)

OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant and Open Source IT service management solution. The new OTRS::ITSM 2.0 provides the first open source ITIL-compatible change management

Remember, before installing the packages you need to install the corresponding OTRS framework, which is OTRS 2.4, as base system. ITSM 2.0 is only designed to work on OTRS 2.4!
Note: ITSM 2.0 requires, at a mininimum, OTRS 2.4.7.

The following two packages must be manually downloaded. Then the can be installed via the Package Manager

If your OTRS is connected to the internet, you only need to install the following two packages via the OTRS Package Manager:

The packages mentioned below can be installed later by using the OTRS package manager.

If your OTRS is not connected to the internet, you need to download these additional packages and install it:

Bundled OTRS::ITSM

If you want the whole ball of wax in one, please use the following bundle. This completely installs the entire suite of ITIL V3-compatible modules for IT Service Management.

Please make sure to read the the INSTALLING file before installation. It provides instructions on installation and upgrading of a running system. (http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/INSTALL-2.0.ITSM)
