OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant and Open Source IT service
management solution.
Remember, before installing the packages you need to install the
corresponding OTRS framework, which is OTRS 2.3. A complete
list of sources to download the current and earlier OTRS framework
versions meeting your platform requirements is available in the section
"Download Server (and mirror)".
Depending on the internet connection available to your OTRS you need to
download the following OTRS::ITSM packages.
If your OTRS is connected to the internet, you only need to install the
following packages:

package manager.
If your OTRS is not connected to the internet, you need to
download these additional packages:
