The OTRS Team is pleased to announce the release of OTRS 1.3.1.
The first stable version of OTRS 1.3.
Some Major Changes:
new Stats Framework, WebInterface for GenericAgent, WebInterface for PostMaster filter, Ticket Bulk feature, new Radios authentication modules, improved customer panel with fulltext search, added multi customer id support, global TimeZone feature, follow up check feature based on references and in-reply-to header, .dtl Block and Include feature, session config option, MaxSessionIdleTime, feature to use crypted database password option in Kernel/Config.pm.
