The OTRS Team is pleased to announce the release of OTRS 2.0.1.
New OTRS 2.0.1 Key Features: WorkingTime feature for ticket time calculations support, PGP feature for email support, SMIME feature for email support, Role feature for large setups, Ticket ACL support, TicketHookDivider - the divider between TicketHook# and number, Ticket Merge support, No escalation group feature, added ticket free time feature, moved to a web application framework, database xml interface, Link support for objects link tickets, FAQs, etc., OTRS web package manager, added new admin web gui for Kernel/Config.pm, improved stats framework to send stats and to write stats in the filesystem, fcgi support, added new db2 support (experimental) - thanks to Friedmar Moch, improved webinstaller, new html access keys (alt+), navigation bar will be generated based on the module registration, consistent use of the dtl/html block feature, improved design of the webinterface, new implemented css support, foreign-keys for database schema, new ticket event handler layer.
