It's christmas, the contemplative time of the year. Time to slow down,
relax and to think about the past.
2005 was a pretty delightful year for OTRS: the release of OTRS 2.0 in
August caused an OTRS boom. Our FTP-Server listed more than 35,000
downloads since August 2005!
Different improvements made to OTRS made the product much more
attractive and easier to use. That's not the only reason
that the spread of OTRS and the demand is rising on and on. :-)
Many thanks to all OTRS users and developers for your help.
We wish you all a merry christmas and rely on your support to continue
the OTRS success-story in 2006!
