Position Requirements - successful Candidate will have:
Excellent german language skills
Outstanding Perl Know How
Solid understanding of OTRS architecture
Experienced in developing OTRS modules
Good working knowledge of directories (LDAP) and relational databases (in particular: MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Solid technical understanding of modern web applications: AJAX, JSON, Java Script, HTML
Experienced in administration of linux based systems
Strong customer-focus and results orientation
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
