The OTRS Team is pleased to announce the release of OTRS 2.2.0 beta4.

Fixed bug #1894 - otrs.addUser script did not work,
Fixed bug #1898 - Invalid services and slas were shown in agent masks,
Fixed bug #1840 - Repeat escalation message when queue, SLA Solution time is shown,
Fixed bug #1787 - Problem with cache file names in statistics on Win32,
Fixed bug in service and SLA tables to allow services and SLAs without comment,
Fixed attachment download problem,
Changed max shown escalated tickets in queue view to 30 (to improve speed of escalation view in queue view),
Added script bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl to rebuild/build default configuration based on XML configuration files,
Added the ticket options Type, Service and SLA to the ticket print;
