The OTRS Team is pleased to announce a feature OTRS extention, OTRS::ITSM 1.3.1.

OTRS::ITSM is an addon to OTRS 2.4 to support ITIL compliant IT service management.

OTRS::ITSM is the world's leading open-source ITIL-compliant IT Service Management solution. It is built on the solid fundament of 70,000 productive OTRS installations which is available in 27 languages.

All known features from OTRS continue to be available in OTRS::ITSM. Using the OTRS package manager you can easily expand your existing Service Desk solution OTRS to a powerful IT Service Management Suite by installing additional ITIL processes:

  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Configuration Management incl. CMDB/CMS
  • Service Level Management

    • Enhancements:

  • OTRS::ITSM is now running on brand new OTRS 2.4 framework!
  • Added persian (farsi) translation, thanks to Afshar Mohebbi!
  • Added dutch translation, thanks to Michiel Beijen!
