2009-09-14: OTRS on IRC

Since about a year there is a channel on Freenode IRC, #otrs, where you can go to ask questions on OTRS. It's an additional form of communication next to the mailing lists. Every day members of the OTRS community are available here to answer your questions.

You are most welcome to join on #otrs, to ask smart questions, provide even smarter answers, or just to gather more knowledge.

For logging in to the channel you could use a client like Pidgin, KVIrc, or for Mac users Colloquy. Another option is to use a browser based web-chat from [webchat.freenode.net]
