2009-07-25: Sys-Admin loves OTRS :-)

Picture of John! John, an OTRS admin sent us this picture. He told us, that life is much easier for him and his co-workers since they have decided to use OTRS as a central database for task and issue tracking.

Now everything gets tracked in OTRS. Both customers and employees know about the current state of things and what they have to do. OTRS really provides for transparency in your internal and external tasks and communication.
